This software does a great job designing prestressed beams. If you can get it cheaper than Conspan, there's no reason not to buy it. No gripes but the price. User interface is top-notch.

PGSuper is better

Try PGSuper. It has a superior feature set, does a more comprehensive analysis, and is FREE!!! (www.wsdot.wa.gov/eesc/bridge/software)

PSBeam has proven to be indispensible in our practice. We first started using it back in 2000 and have been very satisfied with it. It's helped us successfully complete many projects. Their technical supports staff is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and they are continually improving the product. It's a real workhorse!
